Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 May 2026 · Last updated: 19 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JumpInto mobile application, this website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by JumpInto ("JumpInto", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may use the Service in an anonymous state without an account; some features (such as cross-device sync and public reviews) require sign-in.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing in and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Upload, post, or submit content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
  • Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse our APIs in a way that materially burdens our infrastructure;
  • Use the AI examiner feedback features to generate content that violates these Terms or any third-party rights.

4. User-generated content

  • You retain ownership of the IELTS drafts, transcripts, reviews, and reports you create using the Service.
  • You grant JumpInto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • For content you choose to make public (for example, reviews), you grant other users a license to view that content within the app.
  • We may moderate, remove, or refuse to publish content that violates these Terms.

5. AI examiner feedback

JumpInto uses third-party large language models to produce band rubrics and rewritten samples for IELTS writing and speaking tasks. The feedback is provided for practice purposes only and is not an official IELTS assessment. Real IELTS scores can only be issued by an authorized test center.

6. Third-party content

The Service plays back video, audio, and text from third-party sources (including YouTube). Such content is governed by the terms of the original publisher; JumpInto does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Where the Service offers paid features, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under their terms. Subscription auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID account settings. Prices and feature lists may change with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its visual design, source code, brand assets, and curated content, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by JumpInto and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out or uninstalling the app.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk.
  • Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature survive (such as Sections 4, 8, 11, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will perfectly mirror an official IELTS examiner.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpInto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to JumpInto in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless local consumer-protection law provides for a different forum that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
